We were approached by a FinTech payments company who wanted to integrate and launch a suite of Payment products. At that time, they did not have a sufficient talent function to deliver this project internally and historically the business had been extremely reliant on Agency support. As a result, they tasked us to help secure several business-critical technology requirements.
On full understanding of the brief, we were invited to work onsite and sit directly within the internal Talent Team and engaged on a daily rate of payment. This method provided a quicker and more efficient process where we were fully integrated into their business. Over the 8-week project we successfully hired 7 technical candidates: including a CTO, QA and Mobile and Front-End Developers. Due to this bespoke hiring process, it enabled us to become direct talent partners and we managed to save our client £106k in Agency fees.
