Our client is one of the Big4 professional services and was looking to open their newly formed Neurodiverse Centre of Excellence, where neurodivergent individuals will work within to be integrated in the wider business.
This role was an extremely important role which would add huge value to their organisation and be extremely rewarding to the successful candidate at the same time. This hire required us to find an individual with an excellent employment history but also someone who was genuinely passionate about this space.
Taking a genuine interest in our clients’ projects is always important at tlg talent but this role seemed such an interesting and integral one which would add continued growth to our client we invested time to ensure we directly sourced a candidate who could do this role justice.
The interview process was extremely thorough, and our client needed someone who could lead and encourage these individuals in the correct way coupled with a strong business accumen. We managed to identify a super candidate with the right balance of experience for our client.
